Apple Juice Popsicles held in hands.

These fruit juice popsicles have been a favorite in my home for years! They are naturally sweetened and made out of only fruit and fruit juice. That’s it! Seriously, they are the easiest healthy popsicle recipe and they are perfect for summer!

They taste like apple but have chunks of frozen berries mixed in. So theres great texture and flavor going on. If you love easy healthy frozen treats, try my Quick Berry-Mango Sorbet as well. And if you love making apple juice recipes, try my apple juice gelatin gummies.

An easy frozen apple juice popsicles recipe made with apple juice and fresh berries of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup apple juice, (all natural, no sugar added) (either store bought or freshly juiced)
  • mixed berries, (enough to fill each popsicles mold)

Instructions

  • Slice strawberries, and then fill each popsicle mold with the mixed berries. Put a few of the sliced strawberries pieces against the edge of the popsicle molds. (All in all, I used 6 blackberries, 18 blueberries, 12 raspberries, and 5 strawberries to fill six popsicle molds)
  • Pour apple juice into the popsicle molds and on top of the berries until filled to the top. This was 1 1/4 cup of apple juice for me. Top each popsicle mold with the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Note: I used these Lebice BPA-free popsicle molds. These molds are similar.
